The Commandments And 613 Mitzvot
Jews teach that there are 613 mitzvot (commandments) in the Torah, including the ten commandments.
These are not to be associated with the commandments they added by tradition, that Jesus rejected.
Rather, these are detailed commandments given by God that are based on the blessings and the curses.
They elaborate on the Ten Commandments and the curses by repeating and enlarging on them to explain them.

613 Mitzvot: The Laws Of The Ten Commandments In Detail
The Jews group the laws into 613+ categories depending on the respected teacher. However, there are other laws made between Genesis 1 and Sinai.
Many of God's dealings can be understood with certain realities.
It is a fact that the way humans have interpreted the law is not God's intention. So the laws (sometimes seemingly unfair) are designed to save us.
Israel and their kings are a microcosm of how the whole world does whatever pleases them. So Jesus is the only perfect model of God's intention. The second best model is Joseph and then Moses.
Enoch was perfect but we do not know why.
To understand God's laws think of how they will be applied universally because there is only one law that does not change.
Statutes - God
Statutes - The People
|
Special Kohanim were people who were not afraid who believed in the power of God.
Young David whom they allowed to go because they were afraid and he would fail (1 Samuel 17). Deborah who went when the men were afraid defeated Sisera and the Canaanites (Judges 4). Gideon defeated 135,000 Midianites and Amalekites with 300 men and a light, a pitcher and a trumpet (Judges 7: 16). |
|
The Seven Nations. Now these are the seven heads of the seven-headed beast (Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome, Papal Rome, Atheist France, USA-Papacy). |
|
Never Forget Amalek. We forgot.
Not to forget what Amalek (papacy) did. Not to offer peace to the Ammonites and Moabites. Rome offered peace since Vatican II and we took them as a changed, harmless and reformed church and brought back peace offers. Now they are overtaking the Protestant churches and rejoicing over it. |
| The Beautiful Woman captured in warfare is the church. |
|
Our Weapons of Warfare. Are weapons of the Holy Spirit which will pull down strongholds.
Not By Might or Power. Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts. (Zechariah 4: 6) Cast Down Imaginations And Strongholds. For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. (2 Corinthians 10: 3-6) |
Ordinances
Most prophecies are based on these laws (ordinances) about time.
The first record of appointed times and their purpose was on the third day of Creation.
And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.
(Genesis 1: 14-18)
Ordinances - Changed
The previous ordinances have not been changed.
These laws has not been eliminated, their "change" includes more people - a change of status.
The perfect sacrifice is here.
The Lamb is still bleeding, no longer destructible or stale.
So some laws are in effect for one man forever, while others have a change that makes them participate forever - no longer excluded.
So which of them are "contrary" to us or "against" us, thus nailing it to the cross?
Sacrifices and Offerings (The Signs In One Man).
These are the animal sacrifices. The ordinances are changed.
However, they applied to a subititute animal, never to us.

The Universal Court: Judgments And Punishment
To understand this law, think of how they will be applied in the judgment after the Second Coming. If God is consistent and He never lies, never changes and has one law for all then you will understand the cleverness of God.
Consider how these laws apply to Satan as we judge him during a time of perfection.
Perfection means that the universe agrees that a righteous court is in session based on the rules of the court and the complaining accuser (Satan) and the witnesses (Earth) are called.
The unfallen universe has had 6000 years from creation to the Second Coming to examine the facts and made a decision with more factual information than the earth has had.
After the Second Coming, the righteous of earth testify as witnesses and sit as a jury after having 1000 years to review the case with information they were never available to see before.
As victimes who have not been biased by prior information we can testify from a unique perspective.
We have never understood why this has happened. We will get 1000 years to examine or investigate the issues.
Satan had his initial chance to make accusations until the crucifixion. Then he was tossed out (Revelation 12: 10)
Then in the final judgment, the plaintiff (Satan) and his witnesses (wicked) are called up to present their case.
After the court proceedings they will also be aware of all the facts and they will agree with the judgment against them and Satan. It means that although they did not know everything they had enough evidence to make a different decision about Rebellion.
The Universal Court In Session.
They shall be ashamed, and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together that are makers of idols.
But Israel shall be saved in the Lord with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.
For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is none else.
I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the Lord speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.
Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save.
Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the Lord? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.
Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
Surely, shall one say, in the Lord have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.
In the Lord shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.
(Isaiah 45: 16-25)
So, every seemingly unfair action attributed to God must be seen in the light of this decision with which we can agree.
We do not know all the facts. When we do, so we will see that what was done was justice, righteous and fairness in all and not even the wicked will find a complaint against God's actions.
Miscellaneous Laws
Curses
In the last book of the bible, it says there will no longer be any curse.
This is because we no longer sin and it does not need to be applied or it is impossible because we are a safeguard against that.
There are also cases that do not lead to death. If so, it shows that we will have disagreements without being in violation.
It is obvious that before Satan was cast out, he was in serious violation.
Jesus also lives to "make intercession for us".
Whatever exists we will hold no grudges as the law requires.
They were actively trading. This shows a robust economic system, not a sterile Stepford wives kind of robotic existance.
Having a set boundry which goes back after a set period to restore the balance seems to work, yet have an opportunity to earn money, if money is your goal.
So this set of curses shows the things that are absolutely forbidden.
(Deuteronomy 27, 28 and Leviticus 26 and Genesis 3)
Blessings
All the blessings are to be restored. Only the curse will be removed.
The original plans of creation (Genesis 1 to 2). The plans are restored in Revelation 21-22 with much more.
We are now the ambassadors of heaven, replacing the rebellious angels.
Gd will remove his throne form where it has been to the earth and the New Jerusalem as He did when He move from Shiloh to Jerusalem.
In between those times, the covenant was kept alive with Abraham, giving him further glimpse of what is yet to come.
| The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our sons forever, that we may observe all the words of this law. (Deuteronomy 29: 29) | Time: 200 minutes Print: 39 pages |
